Mali - available for permanent foster home
Picture
Mali is a 9-year-old girl who has lived all her life with her best friend, Bailey the cat. She is a low-maintenance girl who likes nothing more than lying in a warm sunspot. She is a very loving girl who enjoys fuss and attention and loves to be brushed. Mali will need a home that is understanding of her anxieties regarding car travel and will continue to support her with her health condition. Mali is happy pottering around the house and garden and with some encouragement, will for for a short walk.  Mali would benefit from someone who is home most of the day and who can spend time with her and will need to be rehomed with Bailey the cat, as a  bonded pair. They both would need to be the only pets in the household.
If you can provide Mali and Bailey with their furever home, please complete a detailed cat or dog enquiry form.

Ben - available
Picture
Ben is a nervous boy who will need a lot of time and patience to adjust to his new owner and home. Once settled her gets excited when you mention the word walkies and he enjoys to go out for walks and travel in the car. He barks to ask for a treat and he is spotlessly clean in the home. Ben is a sensitive boy who will take to trust new people and he is  13 years young and would need to live in an adult only home with no other pets or children.

If you are the special person who can provide Ben with his furever home, please get in touch.

Cody is a 21-week-old Bulldog pup who came into our care after he was signed over to a vet by his breeder when he needed emergency veterinary treatment that they didn’t wish to pay for. He has received intensive therapy and is feeling much better. He has come along way while in our care and is now a happy pup who loves to play.  He will need a bulldog experienced home with someone around most of the day to continue with his puppy training. He will benefit from another dog in the house as he loves to play with other dogs.

Tala - not ready
Picture
All say a gentle Hi to Tala, an 18-month-old cocker cross lab girl (but does look like a small flat coated retriever) who’s arrived in our care as an emergency.

She will need ongoing veterinary treatment for what was initially a broken dew claw.

We are not taking any enquiries for Tala and we will update our website when available.

Robin - not ready
Picture
All say a gentle hi to Robin, who arrived in our care after being signed over to a local vet when his owners could no longer care for him. He came into our care with petechiae on his gums, a heart murmur, tachycardia, pleural and abdominal effusion; he immediately had a chest drain and was started on medication. Once stabilised, he underwent an advanced cardio scan which revealed what the vets had suspected: DCM (Dilated Cardiomyopathy). Unfortunately, there is no cure for this, but with medication and a proper diet, he can live as normal a life as possible, although this is dramatically shorter in dogs with DCM. At 6 months, Robin will stay in the care of one of our volunteer vet nurses, where he can be monitored daily and visit our vets regularly. It’s such a sad story for Robin, but we will ensure that whatever time he has left is blessed with love and care 24/7.

We will not be taking any enquiries for Robin and we will keep you updated on our Facebook page.

Sasha - Not Available
Picture
We received an emergency call from a pound puller asking if we could help with an emergency, then our world stood still and we couldn’t believe what we were told next.
A beautiful, sweet Dachshund had been found abandoned with 3 newborn pups and
was desperately trying to deliver another, which was stuck. She was exhausted and needed help right away. Without a second ask, we said yes. She was rushed to the vets
, and an emergency C-section was carried out, where thankfully all her and all her babies were saved. Sasha, as we have come to call her, has eight beautiful babies who, without the dog warden, the pound puller,
and our team, would all be dead.

All are now safe in a fantastic experienced foster home and Sasha and pups are now doing fine with thanks to everyone involved in their rescue.

Eric - reserved
Picture
Eric is one of Sasha's pups, born at the end of July 2025, and is now ready for re-homing. Any children living in the adoptive home need to be aged 9+. He is growing into a gorgeous, steady boy. He has excellent recall and is responsive to instructions. Eric is a happy pup who is eager to please, loves a cuddle, and is curious, so he will follow you around the house if you are busy. His house training is going well, and it would be preferred that he live in a home with other dogs so he has a playmate. Eric is respectful towards older dogs, and he doesn't interfere once told. He is an intelligent pup who will need a sensible level of exercise and lots of mental stimulation.
